We use "additive-free sea urchin" so that you can enjoy the natural sweetness of sea urchin. As a restaurant directly operated by a sea urchin processing company, we purchase fresh, high-quality sea urchin from all over Hokkaido. We also use Hokkaido ingredients in abundance in our fish, shellfish, and seasonal vegetables, and we offer a wide variety of dishes that make the most of these ingredients. Our lineup allows you to fully enjoy the delicacies and pleasures of Hokkaido's cuisine.

We offer a variety of Hokkaido sake that goes well with sea urchin dishes. Our signature sake, "Uni Murakami," is a junmai sake made by the Kobayashi Shuzo brewery, one of Hokkaido's leading sake breweries.
It has a fruity aroma like Daiginjo.
There are also many other local Hokkaido sake. Sapporo Classic, Hokkaido's classic beer, is creamy and has a great thirst-quenching taste!

Store interior and space

Total seating capacity is 28. The restaurant has a warm, wood-toned space. The large fish tank at the entrance is lined with freshly purchased seafood. Enjoy a variety of delicious Hakodate seafood dishes at Uni Murakami.

贵是真的贵,点了两碗海鲜丼、一份玉子、一份烤鱿鱼、一杯扎啤,就整掉800多RMB。。。玉子烧和烤鱿鱼味道一般,不必点。海鲜丼当时没觉得咋样,后来对比朝市里其它家,还的确不错,推荐尝试一下哈。。。

函館本店在函館朝市的後面 八點半開店,我八點到店排隊 進店的時候剛好坐到最後一個位置 一坐到位置上店員就跟你說海膽因為漁獲的關係 只能點小份的,如果是想要吃爆海膽的人應該就無法 點了小份的二色丼,生海膽+鮭魚生魚片 要價4290日幣 點完迅速就上餐了,吃完出店門 就看到外面長長的人龍,想吃的人要早一點來啊

Best uni, freshest uni, tastiest uni, and most creative uni I ever had. This restaurant specializes in uni, so if you love uni like me, you have to try it here. And if you do, come early or you will be waiting in a long line, cuz the place is no that big. We came 30 min before it open, and there is already a short line. It is on the pricy side, but for the quality and freshness you get, it's well worth it.

I visited in Sept. '24, all the signs made me curious how good their uni was. Appeared several locals were in line so I gave it a chance. Ordered the smaller uni bowl version along with raw abalone as a side. For those traveling from California, the uni was similar to what we get in higher end restaurants (e.g. Santa Barbara sourced) and while it was good, it was still a familiar taste. I've had just as good uni from sushi restaurants/premium grocery stores in California. The abalone was nothing special, I should have seen if they had a grilled version, abalone is generally tough raw and this one was no exception - very crunchy. Nearby donburi restaurants that have uni to me are just as good given the value.

Saw the endless queue and decided to try. The sashimi sea urchin was really fresh and sweet. But a small portion of 30 g costed 2900+ yen. It was much cheaper when I bought at Osaka. The live surfer claims and the sashimi flounder are good!!!
